This participative sculpture was built on site at One Vanderbilt (Grand Central) as part of td bank Celebrate New York Festival with the support of Queens Museum, Materials for the Arts and good Shepherd lutheran church The piece collected messages of welcoming and encouragement from passersby to nourish the dreams of newcomers.
The piece completed was exhibited as part of You Are the Artist Participatory Show at Materials For the Arts. Where was displayed with The Universal Declaration of Human Rights placed in the middle as a document that enables or forbids our dreams.
